Home page for the NANO UB-SOURCES project
This is the official site for the Specific Targeted Research Project (STREP) with the acronym NANO UB-SOURCES funded under the EU framework-6 IST programme. The project started September 2005 and runs until February 2009. The project is related to Opera 2015 This site provides all public information that will be generated during the project. |
Scope of project
The consortium aims at developing quantum dot based super-luminescent diodes to provide high bandwidth, high power devices. The targeted applications within ophthalmology and dermatology are optical coherence tomography and time-resolved spectroscopy. Read about the project in SPIE news . |
